Unbalanced diet are :
- Eat too much of food
Some people loves to eat. But they are eat too much of food that can cause illness. They eat a lot more than a ammount that they should take.
-Not according to the timetable meal
Stomach is the important organ to take care of. The easiest way to take care of your stomach is we must eat according to our timetable meal such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-Eat foods that contains high sugar
We might get diabetes if we eat foods that contains high sugar. There's too many foods that contains high sugar as you all know. Sachet drinks and soda drinks, ice cream and milk shakes, are include in the foods that contains high sugar.
-Eat foods that contains high levels of salt
Yeah, pretty sure i love salt. Sometimes, i go to kitchen and i take some salt and i just ate like that. i loves salt! but salt is not good for our health. Tell our mom to reduce salt in the food that we eat. We still can take salt but we must reduce it.A lot of salt in our body will cause blood pressure and hipertension.
-Eating food that high in fat and cholesterol
For sure, food that rich in fat and cholesterol must be McDonald, KFC, pizzahut and other. We still can eat those thing but we need to limit the food take we take, maybe once a month or once a year ? Much better, isn't it ?
What will happen if you're not eat according to balanced diet ?
Effect of unbalance diet will cause our body contain unbalanced nutrient. A small quantity of nutrient in our body causes illness such as anaemia, scurvy, rickets and kwashiorkor.
What is Kwashiorkor ?
Protein deficiency will cause kwashiorkor. We might get distended stomach, body and brain growth retardation, loss of appetite, and body weakness.
What is Scurvy ?
Lack of protein cause scurvy that makes our body weak and always have shortness of breath, gums will swell and bleed easily. This case will bring to heart attack and high blood pressure and stroke.
How to prevent the unbalanced diet ?
The food at the 1st level is the main food that we must take. It contains carbohydrate complex, vitamin, minerals, fiber, and other components that are important for our health.
Rice, oat, barley, corn, sorghum, wheat and other products are source of energy and good protein for our body.
Cereal products contain more iron, fosforus, vitamin B, (tiamin. niasin, riboflavin) and fibre
Everyday, at least, we must choose one fruit or vegetables that rich with vitamin B and carotenoids to eat. I love apple but now i rarely eat fruit because my father didn't buy fruit. The last day that I eat fruit maybe a year ago hahaha! Too bad ~ Green vegetables are good such as mustard, spinach and kale. Other vegetables and fruits also good for our health
